I have been asking IMVU to re open these cases but they refuse to even have a look at it. Read and see for yourself I have been framed:

I am writing to inform you my account has been verbally threatened by this member ***************, it is the same as **************** I have been told that he will pay someone inside IMVU to take this action against my account. As I have been told either banning or hacking to my account. I am confident that I have done nothing against IMVU terms and services.
However, I need to be reassured that my account is secure. Therefore, I am informing IMVU that I will not be changing my email address or my personal information in any terms. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

This person is a hacker and a illegal credit reseller, The massive violation that I have committed is to report this user and now he is succeeded on disabling my account (I really would like to know how) he threatened me that I either give my account to him or he will either hack/disable me. I simply reported him instead. Funny thing the only thing that this person knows about me is my nationality he doesn't know me at all.
He was in my friend list for a while and I was told that he had hacked my second cousin's account in IMVU. That was the time that I reported him and blocked him. He hacked my cousin's account by changing the avatar's email address.

Hmm interesting, read what I wrote I have flagged that avatar 3 months ago, and he threatened me to disable my account. he has succeed my account is disabled this is partially my prof.
I have enough prof to back up my story about the hacked account, i can get the dates and details about that, that information is confidential and even if I publish here it will be deleted. what happened in that account is against IMVU's TOS.

but I wonder why would it be against your taste? why would you be disappointed if I have actual prof for what I say?

Did you flag him in the same chat that he threatened you and did you actually flag the chat? Some people flag the HP or the profile instead which does not provide IMVU staff with the needed info.

I never said that you having proof was "against my taste" if you have proof and accusing me of such is not very nice, makes me feel like I did something wrong. However I am sticking to my point, that you need solid proof that says without a doubt you were hacked. Else, CS will not help you.

Do not worry, I feel for you. I lost my last account the same way. Someone sent me threats against my account through messages, I falgged the threats, and the next day strange things started happening in my account (people being removed from my block list and friends being added to my friends list, one of the people that were removed was the same guy who sent me threats...so he was able to send me more) I changed my password and the next day I was disabled. CS refused to tell me anything after that, just that someone had committed payment fraud on my account and that there was no way for me to get it back. Sad really....and no number of help tickets and no amount of proof helped. They just kept giving the same cut/paste response.

Maybe with this crowd back you though, you can actually get CS to look at the proof, and if the proof is solid enough then perhaps you will get your account back.

I have been doing a lot of reading on the internet about disabled accounts.
It seems to me that basicly everyone is accused of the same thing. This I do not understand. I am very upset about this whole thing.After spending
real money,putting in your time and effort to create a character IMVU
just takes it away.You are accused first and have to fight to prove your innocence.It seems like IMVU should have a much better system dealing
with complaints.Zolbia and 8jazzi are innocent victims.,I believe this
totally with out a doubt.Can they get their accounts back? I honestly hope so
they have done nothing to violate the TOS,but they are being unfairly treated. WHY? IMVU
These ladies deserve an answer,we all deserve an answer.
Isn't our business important to you?

Funny thing is we are talking about association with people inside IMVU that supposedly did wrong. Now then, show me in the TOS, gospel according to IMVU, where it says if I talk to, have a friend of, or associate with someone who does something wrong my account will become disabled. Seriously show me please. SMH tsk tsk

I am confused,
I have received a message which says I am guilty by association but it doesn't say what kind of guilty and on which ground? where in TOS I was doing anything wrong?
I downloaded ,my IMVU from the website itself, the only add on I had was IMVU toolbar,
what is this association means? my account was linked to what?
I am lost my account was a kitty or a reporter to RPs the only link I had in my HP was the link to one of my friends who was a creator, why IMVU is not caring about my safety?
I wasn't even bringing promo credit from year book like many users in IMVU why I am being held in dark with no explanation?

well I was reading the forum -again- and lookie what I found:

it is with in the policy that we have to be explained of the situation and first time offence is banned for two weeks not permanently disabled..
the fact is no matter how deep I dig I do not see what I have done wrong,
I was using IMVU's program that I downloaded from the website no third party program but IMVU's tool bar in Firefox, I was buying my credits from the website or devcredits.com which is registered reseller, and I never shared my password with anyone...
Imagine me confused when I hear I am in link with fraudulent.. honestly I pray to god you who are putting me through this misery never experience this feeling and pain. never ask yourself pointless question of what I have done wrong without anyone there to consider you as a human you are. To you I am just a deleted number in your case.....

This morning I have awakened and nothing has changed.Zolbia and 8 jazzi are still disabled. It seems to me like IMVU is sending mixed messages.
I read a fourm where IMVU says customer service is working to make
the IMVU experience a better one.To me this means nothing people are still
being disabled for no reason and when they ask for prof it falls on deaf ears.
Sad To top it off no one even replys to this forum.
That makes me extremly sad,because is says that the IMVU cares nothing
about our cares and concerns.These ladies have worked extremly hard
on their creations and have spent countless hours and money on their
accounts.It seems as if justice is truley blind in this matter.These ladies dont deserve this kind of treatment.If anyone can help these ladies PLEASE.
THEY ARE INNOCENT.

Staff isn't likely to reply in this forum thread, because account issues are between the account holder and IMVU, and they are a private matter.

I could claim I own those accounts in the forum (I wouldn't but you catch my drift), and say whatever I wanted to.

These things can only be worked out through the help system - and it is a long and frustrating process at times. You just have to keep at them, until you get what you want, or they dig in their heels and finally say: No way.

I have written countless words on now 3 tickets. I have contacted IMVU customer service every day via telephone since 6/7/12. I feel bad for the customer service people as they have little access and I see they are able to "esculate" the ticket by inner office chat, but, they still can say nothing. I have asked for a supervisor and have been told they are not available. One ticket just simply closed, I believe because I didn't make a daily addition to it after about 7 days and opened another one. That original ticket was closed in "needs reply" status because they just never answered it.
Aida, the link that you pasted here is nice but Jeff hasn't answered in forum since he began that thread in 2009. I guess IMVU cared about it's customers back then but now, not so much.
Personally I am appalled by the lack of customer service of this company that easily serves so many. They would disable my account based on an non-TOS reason such as an alleged association meanwhile allowing true abuse and a blatened disregard for policy to go unacknowledged.
I am not a mischeiveous person, not a evil bone in my body and yet I am being treating like some plague. Where in all of IMVU is there a person who can take any time to truly review my account? Anyone can see I am a loving and caring person....sigh

This is the first logical explanation I heard since my account has been disabled, still I am hearing fraud and association, it is frightening, there should be a way for my email address to be in contact with IMVU they have to know it can be misunderstanding it has happen before many times, I am not giving up I am just looking for a way to get my account back.
hoping for the day that both Zolbia and 8Jazi are re enabled again.
